It is very important for a person to control his emotions for a pleasant married life. Anger is a human emotion in which the ability to think and understand is affected. Sometimes, in a state of anger, man performs such deeds that prove harmful to his life. Some conversations and circumstances anger him; however, he regrets his angry reactions later. When he overcomes anger he regrets his words. Divorce is declared permissible in Islam. However, it is instructed to use the right of divorce thoughtfully. In the state of anger, a person uses this right without pondering and eventually becomes a Vitim of regret. Islamic jurists have classified anger into different stages. According to the golden teachings of Islam, jurists have described rulings of divorce in these stages. In this research, the different opinions of jurists regarding the rulings on divorce in different stages of anger have been explained to eradicate ambiguities about divorce in anger.
