Abstract

Water is the ultimate nutritional component of human life. In fact, it would not be wrong to say that water is the source of life, because our life is mainly dependent on it. The whole life is full of water and the only reason for this is to have water on it. Our soil consists of 70% water and only 30% dry matter One third of our body consists of water. A normal human body contains 35 to 50 liters of water. It reaches us through rivers and streams, and it contains minerals including calcium, magnesium, chloride, Fluoride, arsenic, nitrate, iron, sulfate, etc. The creatures of Almighty Allah are taking so many benefits from this blessing; therefore, its care and positive usage are our responsibility. Misusage or carelessness may cause several harms to the universe.
