Abstract

The codification of Islamic jurisprudence has passed   through various stages and many experiences in Islamic history. But the experience of Imam Abu Hanifa is unique,as it was characterized by many characteristics, as well as he formed a committee that included forty great scholars in the various arts and sciences required for jurisprudence and deducing Shariah rulings from the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah. And by virtue of the fact that the circumstances of our present age are similar in many aspects to those of Imam Abu Hanifa, (may God Almighty have mercy on him), so benefiting from his experience in the new codification of Islamic jurisprudence will be the most beneficial, righteous and satisfying the needs of the time... This is what this article aims to determine and clarify its features.
