Abstract

The research and text editing is a harmonious blend between both ancient and modern human civilizations. Although this art form is a reason for rejuvenating intellectual heritage, it also provides a firm foundation for conceptualizing contemporary modern civilization. This is the prime example of how humans have kept up with religion, intellect, literacy, law, culture, and social diversity. It is also taken as documentary evidence of the above fields. Prof. Syed Muhammad Yusuf is considered to be one of the most authoritative and renowned personality in Pakistan and in the Arab world. He was a living example of a modern-day institution in himself. He was constantly engaged in learning and acquiring knowledge from prominent Arabic scholar Allama Abdul Aziz Memoni for more than two decades. His reputation as a great teacher and his grasp over his craft in Arabic literature and history do not need any further introduction. He was immensely popular as a teacher, writer, historian, translator, researcher, and Commentator in the Arab world. His research on numerous Arabic books and his comments are still relied on, and worth reading and contemplating. To develop expertise in Arabic language and literature he wrote several books which are beneficial for upcoming scholars. His books, articles, and scholarly writings are being published in different languages such as Arabic, Urdu, and English languages. In the given study his contributions are being viewed in the context of Arabic research, manuscript, and text editing. The adopted method of description, analytics, and historical criticism covers almost all aspects.
