There are numerous relations in the society that connect a human being to other human beings, but the most basic and smallest group of them is the family. It is made up of parents, children and close relatives in which there is a matter of mutual trust and service. It is the first group of the society with which the individual is connected and his thoughts and character are formed from there. Therefore, the family is the basic institution that has more influence than all other institutions. Family comes into existence after marriage. In view of the same importance of marriage and family life, after introducing and explaining the importance of family in the article under consideration, the concept of marriage in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam and its related orders will be discussed and then social reform, welfare and peace, and tranquility will also be expounded. Therefore, a comparative review of marital laws will be presented through the religious books of the above-mentioned religions which have been revealed regarding marriage.
