Abstract

There is no doubt that the Indian subcontinent has given birth to writers, poets and scholars who have played their roles in the development of the Arabic language, and have performed services in various fields. Among those whom the Indian subcontinent gave birth to their who bear the banner of Islamic and literary knowledge and Islamic and Arabic culture is the personality of the scholar Muhammad Azaz Ali - may God Almighty have mercy on him - whose talents are manifested in various fields of Islamic culture, especially in Arabic literature. He was considered one of the most distinguished scholars and writers in the history of Islam. He was a Mufassir, Muhddis and Faqeeh, writer and poet in Arabic, Persian and Urdu. The researcher discusses in this research that he had the highest skill in Arabic poetry, and he mentions in his research some of his Arabic poetry as models
